We all know the feeling of having something important to do, but instead choosing to binge-watch a new series on Netflix or scroll through Instagram for hours on end. Procrastination is an art form, my friends, and if you’ve mastered it, then you’re in good company. Here are some tips and tricks to help you get things done… eventually.
Tip 1: Set Realistic Goals… Eventually
Okay, so you’ve got a big project due, but you’re just not in the mood to work on it yet. That’s fine, just set a deadline for later. Like, much later. Give yourself plenty of time to procrastinate, but be sure to eventually set a realistic goal for when you will actually start working on it.
Tip 2: Eliminate Distractions… Eventually
Distractions are the enemy of procrastinators. But instead of fighting them head-on, learn to embrace them. Watch that funny cat video or scroll through social media for just a few more minutes. Eventually, you’ll get so bored of procrastinating that you’ll start working. And if that doesn’t work, just turn off your phone or computer… eventually.
Tip 3: Prioritize… Eventually
Sometimes, procrastination can actually be beneficial if you use your time wisely. Prioritize your tasks and focus on the things that absolutely have to get done first. That way, you can procrastinate on the lower-priority items without feeling guilty. Eventually, you’ll get around to them.
Tip 4: Reward Yourself… Eventually
Finally, remember to reward yourself for your hard procrastination work. It can be anything from a small treat to a day off once you’ve finished your project. Just make sure you actually finish it… eventually.
And there you have it, folks. The art of procrastination in all its playful glory. Just remember, as long as you eventually get things done (even if it’s at the very last minute), that’s all that matters. So, go ahead and procrastinate a little… or a lot. You’ve got this!

There’s no “us.” There’s no “them.” There’s only the comfort of pretending there is. People need enemies the way lungs need air. Conflict gives meaning to the meaningless.Without opposition, identity collapses. So we build one. We draw lines on maps, then forget who drew them. Let me explain this slowly, because if you blinked for five minutes in June, you might’ve missed the moment humanity officially gave up pretending it had standards. An actress, Sydney Sweeney, famous, attractive, very online-adjacent, partnered with a men’s grooming company called Dr Squatch to release a limited-edition bar of soap. Five thousand bars. Eight dollars each. And the marketing hook, the thing that made …
